As we expand, we’re looking for an EDI Specialist who is passionate about systems integration and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily EDI transactions including setup, testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring data exchange with retail partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, operations, sales) and major retailer contacts to ensure seamless exchange of order, invoice, and shipping documents.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve EDI-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize accuracy.
- Maintain and update EDI documentation and partner profiles.
- Support ongoing projects involving onboarding new trading partners and optimizing EDI functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on EDI experience in a corporate setting, ideally with exposure to major retail trading partners (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon).
- Proficiency with at least one major EDI platform (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, DiCentral, OpenText/GXS).
- Strong understanding of EDI standards
- Problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
