This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience in vendor negotiations, strategic sourcing, and purchasing operations. The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth by building strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials, goods, and services needed across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing, contract terms, and service agreementsManage sourcing and procurement activities for materials, equipment, and servicesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to support business needs and growth initiativesMaintain strong relationships with existing vendors and monitor supplier performancePartner with internal teams to understand purchasing needs, timelines, and budget considerationsAnalyze market trends, pricing, and supplier options to drive cost savings and valuePrepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesResolve vendor-related issues involving pricing, quality, shipping, or service levelsSupport inventory planning and procurement reporting as neededEnsure purchasing practices align with company policies and procedures Qualifications3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcingProven success with vendor negotiations and supplier managementStrong understanding of procurement processes, purchasing systems, and contract termsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a growing, changing environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
