The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for executing strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and leading commercial negotiations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. This role supports all phases of drilling and completion operations and plays a critical part in maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and supply constraints that may impact operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, define scopes of work, and evaluate supplier capabilities
- Develop, issue, and manage RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Lead the full sourcing lifecycle from bid development through award and purchase order execution
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical capability, quality, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable service and on-time delivery
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues or disputes to resolution
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to secure best-value outcomes
- Manage supplier contracts, price books, and commercial documentation
- Support contract compliance and performance evaluation
- Partner with engineering, field operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with operational timelines and budgets
- Provide data-driven insights to support planning and decision-making
- Ensure alignment between supply chain strategies and operational execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or contract management
- Experience supporting drilling or completions operations
- Experience procuring goods and services within the Oil & Gas or geothermal industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical/data management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience conducting spend analysis and leading pricing negotiations
- Ability to influence stakeholders through clear, structured communication
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
Pay: $33.65-$43.27/per hour
