What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a leading organization in the beverage industry to recruit a strategic Supply Chain Director. This executive will play a critical role on the leadership team, reporting directly to the President, and will oversee all facets of the supply chain. From long-term planning to technology adoption and sustainability, this role will drive enterprise-wide efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

· Optimize network design (manufacturing, distribution, sourcing) for cost, service, and sustainability.

· Build strategic partnerships with key logistics suppliers and support sourcing and contract negotiations.

· Oversee integrated business planning (IBP) and S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory optimization.

· Identify vulnerabilities, develop contingency plans, and ensure resilience against supply chain disruptions.

· Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels; monitor performance metrics like OTIF and inventory turns.

· Implement sustainable sourcing and packaging practices; ensure compliance with trade regulations and ethical standards.

· Lead digital transformation through advanced analytics, automation, and AI in supply chain processes.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams to align supply chain with business goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; Master’s preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing leadership.

· Strong knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems.

· Certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean highly desirable.

· Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and manage complex projects.

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with advanced planning systems, automation, and AI.

· Strong financial acumen and understanding of cost drivers.

· Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
