This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ). Your summer will be focused in Supply Chain Management supporting the Advanced Technology (AT) strategic business unit. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ as a whole while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.
This position is available at our Rita Road - Tucson, AZ location.
What You Will Do
- Gain hands-on experience with real Supply Chain tools and processes
- Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship
- Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, material program and supplier management plans, supporting capture/proposal and design-to-cost initiatives throughout all phases of the Program's product life cycle
Qualifications You Must Have
- Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or masters degree by Summer 2026
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Preferred majors are: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Business
- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
