Job Summary

This role supports inventory and supply chain operations by managing stock accuracy, processing orders, replenishing supplies, resolving urgent supply issues, and assisting teams with efficient material flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control activities including scanning, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Pick, pack, and distribute supply orders accurately and on time
• Receive incoming shipments and verify delivery data
• Monitor reorder levels and coordinate replenishment needs
• Investigate and resolve urgent supply shortages or order issues
• Coordinate alternative sourcing options during stock outages
• Update inventory records using ERP or supply chain systems
• Support internal teams with product and process guidance
• Communicate supply updates, delays, and solutions clearly
• Use Microsoft Office and related business systems
• Assist with new product launches, process rollouts, and operational projects
• Complete additional reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of relevant supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
• Experience with procurement, planning, or inventory systems preferred
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience preferred
