Senior Procurement Manager – 12 month contract – Pharmaceuticals – North Caorlina Join a landmark project as QCS partner with our client a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in North Carolina. Own and execute the procurement strategy for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packagesLead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFP development, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial recommendations, and contract awardDraft, negotiate, and manage complex construction and EPCM contracts, including commercial terms and risk allocationProvide senior‑level commercial leadership across Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Project ControlsOversee full contract lifecycle management, including amendments, variations, change management, and claims support

What you’ll need

Experience in procurement, with significant exposure to large‑scale capital or greenfield construction projectsProven experience leading procurement within construction and EPCM environmentsStrong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial managementDemonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end RFP and tender processes
