Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging platforms.

• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding services and general questions.

• Document conversations, update records, and maintain organized support logs.

• Route complex inquiries to the appropriate department for resolution.

• Follow established communication standards and service procedures.

• Handle multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Protect confidential customer and company information.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
