Lead and develop the procurement business partnering function within the organization.
Drive innovation and efficiency across procurement processes to achieve cost savings and improve overall performance.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal business partners and external suppliers.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present reports on procurement performance to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply.
Stay informed of changing regulations and laws related to procurement and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.
