As a fast-growing player in the industry, we partner with the world’s leading perfume houses and bring bold, high-quality creations to market. We are now looking for a driven talent to join our team at a pivotal moment of expansion to manage Borsalino Fragrances production and future project development.
About the role:
We are seeking a Production & Supply Chain Junior Manager to join us full-time in our New York office.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you will play a key part in ensuring our products move seamlessly from concept to customer.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing daily production workflows and supporting manufacturing partners
- Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability
- Leading demand planning and forecasting activities
- Coordinating supply chain operations across suppliers, factories, and logistics partners
- Supporting procurement activities to secure best-in-class materials
- Working cross-functionally to safeguard timelines, budgets, and product quality
This role offers direct exposure to every operational pillar of a fragrance brand—perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Salary: $70-100k range

Core Qualifications
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of procurement, supply management, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock optimisation
- Familiarity with supply chain tools; experience with SAP Production Module is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Technical Expertise
- Knowledge of the fragrance industry, including maceration timelines, regulatory requirements, testing, compatibility, and material specifications
- Ability to calculate COGS, manage component purchases, and plan complex bills of materials for multiple launches
- Ability to optimize ordering based on lead times, MOQ, shared components, and cash-flow planning
- Competences supporting or managing a migration from Excel to SAP ByDesign (preferred)
- French speaking
