Vice President of Global Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly motivated / strategic VP of Production and Supply Chain to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive production system focusing on excellence in EHS, Supply Chain, Production, On Time Delivery and Profitability. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in establishing a robust Supply Chain, implementing verifiable

Lean Manufacturing, DFM, Process Development, CI processes. This role is critical in scaling operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring world-class product quality and delivery performance on behalf of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain you will develop / execute the end-to-end production strategy to align with company growth objectives and customer expectations.
• Assume full ownership and responsibility for all factory operations with a committed focus on utilizing all peer resources to build all aspect Best-in-Class products for our customers.
• Responsible for the full US Supply Chain, focusing on supplier development, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Managed Inventory and inbound / outbound logistics.
• Using appropriate NPI tools manage / sign-off the NPI / customer onboarding process, adding to our product portfolio.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operational / production / supply chain leadership roles.
• Proven track record in Supply Chain Leadership, Process Optimization and Operational Scaling.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of end-to-end supply chain and ERP systems.
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments is highly desirable – switchgear, automotive or aerospace experience is appropriate for this role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and change management skills.
