Lead Consultant - Clinical Supply Chain Management

As a Lead Consultant, you will be pivotal in delivering Oracle Health EHR solutions to Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to enhancing the healthcare journey for service members, veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

In this dynamic role, you will utilize your expertise to design, configure, and support Oracle Health EHR implementations. You will work closely with clients to optimize service line workflows, guide strategic decision-making, and ensure our solutions perfectly align with workflow requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert solution guidance and oversight to stakeholders.
  • Customizing client-specific solution configurations to meet unique needs.
  • Identifying potential risks and effectively addressing issues within solutions.
  • Implementing strategies for workflow and process enhancements.
  • Leading client meetings and facilitating key events.
  • Driving internal initiatives to foster team growth and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience combined with education, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or client-facing IT roles.
  • 5+ years of expertise with Oracle Health Supply Chain products, with a solid grasp of functional or technical roles.
  • Experience in backend build processes related to pharmacy supply chains or similar fields.
  • Understanding of clinical inventory management, point of use, perioperative documentation, and purchasing practices.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage tasks independently.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to client contracts and be based on U.S. soil.
  • Ability to secure necessary government security clearance.

We anticipate you will also take on additional responsibilities as needed and are open to travel up to 50%. Flexibility in work hours may be required in accordance with local regulations.

Compensation Package: The salary range is $71,200 to $158,200 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
