Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose of Position: Under the direction of the Director of Procurement, has primary responsibility for directing the activities of the Procurement Planning and Systems Development Group, Procurement Buying Group and Procurement Support Services Group. Directs and coordinates the development and analysis of Procurement Program Planning, intermediate and long‑range planning, forecasting, economic factors of budgeting, and analysis of procedures that interface with other departments, health care settings and outside agencies.
