Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment and services.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and comparative statements.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, better payment terms and favorable delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Maintenance, Finance, Accounts and Store, to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Monitor market trends, material prices and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures and approval processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities, contracts and vendor records.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Support cost optimization, strategic sourcing and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
