Dynamic Director of Enterprise Procurement

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Leader to serve as the Director of Enterprise Procurement. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead global procurement operations, focusing on hardware manufacturing, software, cloud services, and telecom/IoT solutions. Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of procurement experience, including 3–5 years in a management or director capacity
  • Proven expertise in direct procurement, hardware supply chain management, and global manufacturing
  • Strong negotiation skills for hardware manufacturing agreements, SaaS, cloud, and IoT contracts
  • Deep commercial and financial acumen with contracting expertise and attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influence skills
  • Experience developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and KPIs
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with supply chain and procurement systems

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working within SaaS, cloud, or telecom industries in pricing, finance, or procurement roles
  • Knowledge of AI, telematics, or public safety technology markets
  • Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent supply chain certifications
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working across diverse international markets

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Operations; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of procurement experience with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
