We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Global Procurement to lead the end-to-end sourcing and supply chain strategy for a global leader in cash automation and financial technology. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for transforming our global supply chain into a competitive advantage—driving digital transformation, navigating complex global markets, and ensuring the resilience of our hardware and software ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Spearhead high-impact, 9-figure contract negotiations and manage global supplier networks across electronics, high-tech, and advanced manufacturing.
• Operational Excellence: Drive significant cost-reduction initiatives. While maintaining a focus on quality and speed-to-market.
• Inventory Transformation: Optimize inventory turns and implement advanced programs like Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and consignment models.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the evolution of procurement systems, leveraging AI-enabled tools and ERP integrations to improve enterprise-level visibility.
• Risk Mitigation: Build a resilient global supply chain capable of navigating geopolitical volatility and market disruptions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Finance to align procurement strategies with new product launches and revenue goals.

Experience

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in Procurement, Global Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management, specifically within the high-tech, electronics, or medical device industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Executive Education
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, CPIM, and ERP systems
• Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of scaling global supplier networks and driving revenue growth through strategic sourcing.
• Leadership Style: A mentor who builds high-performance teams and leads with a "difference-maker" mentality.
