Job Title: Head of Supply Chain

Reports To: CEO

Direct Reports: 2 x Production Managers

Peers: Product Development Lead (PDL), Head of Operations


Role Overview

The Head of Supply Chain is the single point of accountability for ensuring stock is delivered on time, in full, and within agreed tolerances. This role carries full outcome responsibility for production delivery, regardless of where execution or negotiation occurs, and ensures supply chain operations meet business targets for availability, launch readiness, and risk management.


Core Mandate

Ensure stock is in, on time, in full, within agreed tolerances.

This role is accountable for production landing and outcome delivery, maintaining oversight of supply risk, performance, and operational integrity.


Key Responsibilities / Ownership Areas

1. Stock Availability & Delivery

  • Own the stock availability outcome (OTIF – On Time, In Full).
  • Ensure launch readiness and quantity integrity for all planned releases.
  • Monitor delivery performance against agreed tolerances and timelines.

2. Supply Risk & Mitigation

  • Own supply chain risk, identifying potential disruptions and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a cost, quality, and timing tolerance framework.
  • Make escalation decisions when tolerances are breached to protect business outcomes.

3. Leadership & Performance Management

  • Manage and develop Production Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive accountability for production delivery while avoiding micromanagement of day-to-day factory execution.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience leading supply chain or production operations in a global, multi-site environment.
  • Strong experience in stock planning, OTIF delivery, and production risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set tolerances, and enforce accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, escalation management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight of operational detail.
  • Outcome-driven with high ownership mentality.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues before escalation.
  • Structured, disciplined, and decisive under pressure.


Salary: $160,000-$180,000
