The Role

Own a category or workstream and help clients move from opportunity to implementation. You’ll analyze spend and processes, build sourcing strategies, run events, and deliver quantifiable savings and supplier performance improvement, working directly with client leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day delivery for your procurement workstream
  • Analyze spend, processes, and performance to identify value
  • Develop category strategies using market and supplier insights
  • Run sourcing events end-to-end (requirements, RFX, evaluation)
  • Build client capabilities with practical tools and governance
  • Influence stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Identify follow-on opportunities to expand impact

Required

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supplier relationship management
  • Blend of consulting and in-house procurement experience, with demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility
  • Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives where change management is critical to adoption

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing methodologies and category management best practices
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills—able to align diverse perspectives and drive decisions
  • Comfort solving complex business problems in fast-paced, ambiguous client environments

  • Build and sustain trusted, value-added client relationships
  • Strong analytical rigor, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and adapt as client needs evolve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
