Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an enthusiastic Demand Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain team based in New York City. As a Demand Planning Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the sales forecasting process in the Americas zone for Accessories & Fragrances as well as supporting with communication and sales performance follow-up on all products within the assigned scope.

The successful candidate will possess elevated and sophisticated communication skills, essential for effective interaction in a professional environment. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a prerequisite, with Anaplan experience being a significant advantage. Furthermore, a solid background in financial forecasting is required. While fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in French would be a valuable asset.
Criteria
The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an enthusiastic Demand Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain team based in New York City. As a Demand Planning Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the sales forecasting process in the Americas zone for Accessories & Fragrances as well as supporting with communication and sales performance follow-up on all products within the assigned scope.
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Track demand forecast accuracy, recommending data-driven updates and buy revisions to the Demand Planning team to enhance precision
- Proactively support with monitoring sales performance, alerting Merchandising and Distribution teams to maximize sell-through.
- Support the Best Estimate process by collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain stakeholders to identify and align opportunities to align between the Best Estimate and demand forecast
- Provide essential support for the monthly showroom process, providing analytical support to optimize buy accuracy.
- Support with conducting ad-hoc, data-driven analyses to uncover actionable insights aimed at boosting sales performance, improving inventory turnover, and enhancing the overall client experience.
- Proactively identify and develop strategic action plans to optimize sales performance, mitigate depreciation risks, and streamline long-tail inventory management, presenting data-backed findings and recommendations to Supply Chain and Merchandising counterparts.
- Provide insights to cross functional partners, staying up to date on key trends and proposing additional products/solutions.

Criteria
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- We are open to Full-time 6-month contract starting this Spring 2026
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
- Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
