Supply Chain Analyst
LifetimePosition Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst partners with internal and external stakeholders on the execution of warehouse and logistics decisions for Life Time businesses. They deliver work taking a data based and seek to understand approach, utilizing a fact based and open communication style to meet Life Time objectives.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Executes tactical and operational support through supply chain including: purchase order submission, PO tracking/management, and vendor operations.
Analyzes inventory and operational trends and makes recommendations on Supply Chain tactics and strategies.
Builds and manages reporting as outlined by the Sr. Supply Chain Manager
Supports revenue channels such as: Club, ecom and other businesses as it relates to Supply Chain activities
Identifies obsolescent risk and partners with business owners on strategic action plan
Manages vendor relationships to ensure proper supply chain process flow
Minimum Required Qualifications
Excellent data and analytical skills. With abilities to create reporting using raw data and software tools. To also include abilities to analyze and identify trends and root causes within data sets and reports.
Strong critical thinking skills with abilities to process multi-pronged issues, opportunities and projects.
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships within and outside the company.
Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and with a team environment
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Years of Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Inventory management experience
Supply Chain operations experience
Supply Chain systems experience (WMS, Workday, etc.)
Finance background
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $78,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $107,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
