Overview And Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and nimble Senior Director of Procurement, Creative and Production to lead sourcing and category strategy across Marketing and Production categories. This leader will serve as a trusted business partner to executivelevel production, marketing, legal, and finance stakeholders, spearheading supplier partnerships that deliver measurable value, innovation, and efficiency across production, creative, and marketing investments. Reporting to the SVP of Global Strategic Sourcing, this role will play a pivotal part in aligning procurement with business priorities, strengthening stakeholder and vendor relationships, spearheading financial efficiency, and operationalizing enterprise sourcing strategies that support brand growth and performance.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing projects across production and marketing categories, from identifying opportunities to contract negotiation to vendor optimization.
Provide precision and timely financial analysis of projects.
Align sourcing and vendor strategies with integration timelines, corporate goals, and roadmaps.
Develop and implement category strategies across production vendors, creative agencies, branding companies, post -production vendors, and technology partners.
Partner closely with all levels of production, marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders to align on business priorities, ensure transparency, and drive consensus across teams.
Deliver measurable value and total cost optimization through strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and demand management.
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure performance, innovation, and compliance with corporate standards and governance.
Apply analytical rigor to ambiguous data, developing insights and recommendations that guide stakeholder decision-making and business outcomes.
Drive adoption of digital procurement tools and analytics to enhance visibility, efficiency, and performance management.
Lead supplier risk management and compliance efforts to protect and strengthen the companys marketing supply base.
Inspire change management and foster innovation within the marketing procurement function while maintaining business continuity.
Mentor and develop team members, building marketing procurement capability and management for future growth.
Own end-to-end contract negotiation processes, both domestic and international.
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-velocity environment.
Champion cross-functional collaboration to support business continuity and innovation.
Use data-driven insights to identify and champion your own projects.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of procurement experience with significant focus on production and creative categories.
Additional Qualifications
Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable wearing many hats and spearheading alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior marketing and finance leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and/or vendor performance management within marketing.
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing activities; expertise with marketing technologies that enable digital and data-driven campaigns.
Demonstrated data-driven financial acumen and modeling experience.
Experience operating and negotiating rate cards.
Demonstrated success operating with agility, prioritizing strategically, and delivering results in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Expertise in digital procurement and analytical tools (e.g., Ariba, Oracle Fusion, AI-driven analytics).
