Huntsman seeks a Supply Chain Intern for Summer to support reporting, inventory management, and process improvement at its Ringwood, Illinois headquarters.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include

Supporting the team with timely, accurate, and insightful reporting and analysis
Providing support on various projects
Gaining an understanding of the company and core values
Learning about various functions and roles within the corporation
Collaborating with team members to accomplish function-specific tasks and meet project deadlines
Reviewing month-end inventories in America’s region to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies
Monitoring inventory levels of key import materials and initiating replenishment requisitions to avoid stock-outs
Assisting in record-keeping and management of non-SAP terminals, including tracking shipments and inventory, ensuring goods receipt and goods issues are completed, and completing all documentation
Assisting in process improvement projects related to inventory and export processes
Assisting with management of complaints on third party stock points as needed
Supporting Supply Chain Analysts with duties such as preparing supporting documents for product evolution, document requests, SAP data entry, and inventory analysis

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States
Full-time college student at Junior, Senior, or Master’s level by the end of Summer 2026
Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Supply Chain
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Independent self-starter with high confidence, energy, and critical thinking skills
Excellent computer skills, especially proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of building dashboards in Power BI is a plus
Experience in Supply Chain is preferred
