The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) is seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Manager. Working closely with leadership, the Manager is responsible for analyzing, planning, directing, and managing purchasing and procurement processes for services, materials, supplies, and equipment; conducting outreach and formal bidding processes; and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Procurement and Purchasing Manager will be an enthusiastic leader with a service-driven approach who is motivated by a dynamic work environment.
