  • GovernanceDefine and lead the global Procurement COE strategy aligned to enterprise transformation prioritiesEstablish and govern policies, standards, and frameworks across the Source-to-Settle lifecycleDrive consistency, compliance, and best-in-class practices across regions, categories, and functions2) Digital Procurement &
  • Technology EnablementOwn the business strategy for the end-to-end procurement technology ecosystemPartner with IT, Finance, and Legal to implement and evolve source-to-pay, contracting, supplier management, and analytics platformsDrive innovation through automation, AI-enabled sourcing, and digital transformation initiatives3) Data, Analytics &
  • Business InsightsLead a centralized procurement analytics capability delivering insights on spend, savings, risk, and supplier performanceDefine enterprise data models, KPIs, and reporting standards aligned with financial and strategic outcomesEnable self-service analytics and advanced insights for procurement and business leadership4) Supplier Strategy &
  • ESG IntegrationDrive procurement-led ESG strategies including supplier sustainability, inclusion, and regulatory complianceEmbed ESG requirements into sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance processesEnsure transparency, data integrity, and reporting for ESG commitments5) Capability Building &
