Supply Chain Manager

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a well-established manufacturing organization to locate their next Supply Chain Manager.

Location: Chicago Heights, IL – On-site

Compensation: $115,000–$135,000 base salary

Schedule: Full-time, on-site with standard business hours

What will your day look like?

• Material Flow & Inventory Optimization: Design and improve lean material flow across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while balancing service levels and cost
• Warehouse & Systems Advancement: Lead warehouse optimization initiatives, WMS adoption, racking transitions, and automation to improve throughput, accuracy, and space utilization
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to align strategies, improve KPIs, and ensure timely, accurate customer order fulfillment

Who are you?

• Manufacturing Supply Chain Leader: Proven success leading supply chain functions in a manufacturing environment with hands-on execution experience

• Lean & Systems Expert: Strong lean manufacturing background with experience implementing WMS, ERP, and automated material handling solutions

• People-Centered Leader: Effective at developing teams, driving accountability, and influencing across functions
