We are partnering with a fast-growing, international manufacturer operating at the centre of the global data centre and critical infrastructure market. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a strategically critical supply chain operation and play a central role in scaling a high-growth, technology-enabled manufacturing business.

The business operates from a newly acquired manufacturing facility in Virginia and has ambitious plans to double in size year-on-year.This role will be instrumental in building the supply chain capability required to support that expansion.

This is a build-and-scale leadership role, not a maintenance position. You will play a central role in ensuring growth is executed, not constrained.

The Opportunity

As Vice President of Supply Chain (US), you will:

• Lead the end-to-end US supply chain strategy
• Secure supplier capacity to support rapid production growth
• Embed robust SIOP, planning and inventory disciplines
• Build high-performing supplier partnerships
• Enable manufacturing scale without compromising quality or delivery
• Shape a “One Business” operating model alongside global leadership

About You

You are likely to bring:

• Senior supply chain leadership experience in complex manufacturing
• Background in power systems, switchgear, aerospace, automotive, defence or industrial engineering
• Proven success scaling operations in high-growth environments
• Strong commercial and operational credibility
• A hands-on, accountable leadership style
