Columbus, Ohio (Relocation Required)

$160,000 – $180,000 + Equity

We’re working with a rapidely growing packaging / distribution company that is scaling toward a multi-site national platform. This is a key leadership hire reporting directly to the CEO, focused on building operational infrastructure and driving growth.

What You’ll Own

• Lead day-to-day operations across warehousing, supply chain, customer service, and fulfillment
• Build and scale toward a multi-site operating model
• Establish systems, processes, and KPIs to support rapid growth
• Drive improvements in inventory management, demand planning, and stock optimization
• Implement or upgrade ERP / Warehouse Management Systems
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and onboarding new vendors (including global)
• Play a key role in managing working capital, inventory turns, and operational P&L impact
• Support acquisition integration and operational standardization

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading operations in a high-SKU warehouse / distribution environment
• Hands-on experience building or scaling warehouse operations (startup or transformation mindset)
• Strong background in ERP / WMS implementation and process improvement
• Financial acumen—comfortable managing against a P&L and balance sheet (working capital focus)
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and solve problems, including supplier development (domestic and international)
• Confortable doing the hand on work. 1 to 2 direct reports.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. The bigger driver here is someone who gets energized by inventory, systems, and operational scale.

Must be open to relocation to the Columbus, Ohio metro area.
