DTC Supply Chain Manager

EllaOla is a premium family wellness brand based in New York City. We developed our products with a team of Harvard dermatologists and pediatricians to create a luxurious science-first, plant-based wellness collection offering the safest and most effective for the whole family. Featured in Harper Bazaar, Glamour, Forbes, Town & Country and Marie Claire and sold in Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Babylist.

Role Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to support inventory management, procurement, order processing and logistics. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement supply plans that align with business goals, balancing sales priorities with financial targets.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays.
• Work closely with manufacturers to prioritize production and address capacity constraints to avoid bottlenecks.
• Oversee 3PL providers to ensure timely, accurate shipments and maintain high service standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate planning processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within supplements, wellness, or CPG industries.
• Expertise in supply planning, purchasing/procurement, and inventory management.
• Prior experience with managing vendors and manufacturers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator.
