JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Benicia, CA

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Position Overview

The Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in supporting procurement operations through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate procurement data, generating insights for senior leadership, and ensuring optimal inventory and purchasing practices across corporate locations. The role also provides operational support during peak demand periods to maintain service levels for both aftermarket and OEM glass ordering.

How you will Own It: 

Develop, maintain, and analyze procurement data and reports for senior leadership, including:

• Spend analysis
• Return rate tracking
• Profitability analysis
• Vendor stocking performance and health

• Monitor and analyze indirect spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies
• Manage and maintain appropriate stocking levels and oversee sundry procurement for corporate stores
• Support procurement operations during high-volume periods to ensure continuity of service for aftermarket and OEM glass ordering
• Track and report on store-level operational metrics, including:
  Open purchase order (PO) aging and return processing and resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and effective procurement processes
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within procurement data and provide actionable insights

What you’ll Bring: 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and modeling)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis roles
• Familiarity with inventory management and vendor performance metrics
• Experience supporting retail or multi-location operations

$76,200.00 - $136,100.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
