We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team to assist with vendor life cycle, onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring, relationship building and contract renewals.

This position can be based in most US-based office locations. Additional responsibilities include the following:Work closely with the projects team to understand details of strategic procurement requirements including sourcing, pre-qualification, etc.Initiate and renew contracts including framework agreements, service line agreements, etc., negotiate pricing, terms, and provisionsEngage, educate, and influence indirect and direct vendors to align to GHDs Environmental, Sustainable and Governance (ESG) commitmentsEstablish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external partnersMeasure and monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreements, contracts, conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews and provide feedback to team on gaps, and business opportunitiesBuild industry, vendor, category, business unit, etc. specific reports, analyze data, and report on gaps and opportunities to the team including vendor segmentationAssist in growing GHD's supplier diversity programPerform all responsibilities within GHD Procurement Guidelines and ensure relevant processes and procedures are followedOur Hybrid Work Model: Be part of the dynamic culture!
