Position Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas

Your Role

This is a key role within Digital Realty’s Supply Chain & Procurement organization, focused on managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for prioritized spend categories. You will lead sourcing initiatives, oversee tendering and contract management, and act as the primary point of contact for significant supplier engagements.

The role blends operational execution with strategic procurement support, giving you the opportunity to drive cost savings, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure procurement processes align with both local and global business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Lead the full procurement lifecycle, including tendering, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding for prioritized categories
• Serve as the main point of contact for major contracts, managing relationships and resolving commercial issues
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational and business needs
• Identify and implement cost-saving and value-creation initiatives across spend categories
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements
• Support the development and execution of regional and global procurement strategiesDrive continuous improvement across procurement processes and contract management practices

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Proven experience managing tenders, contracts, and supplier negotiations
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsNEVI or equivalent procurement certification preferred
