National Director of Supply Chain

Job Description

The National Director of Supply Chain will oversee and optimize the procurement and category management processes across all regions, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials and products essential for home construction. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team focused on category management and driving strategies to reduce costs while supporting the company’s goals for quality, efficiency, and growth.

• Execute multi-year category strategies across major spend areas.
• Drive structural cost improvement and sustained savings.
• Oversee consolidated reporting of cost movement and risk exposure.
• Lead and develop National Category Managers.
• Strengthen supplier performance management through standardized KPIs.
• Advance analytics, reporting capabilities, and sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Proven success managing large, multi-category national spend.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost improvement.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Experience leading teams in a decentralized, multi-market environment.
• Previous experience in new home construction preferred.
