Senior Supply Chain Manager
CruxxSENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER – SURGICAL ROBOTICS
SF Bay Area | Medical Devices | NPI + Sustaining
We are moving quickly to appoint the right candidate for a critical mission.
This role exists because reliability in the operating room changes outcomes for patients and care teams alike.
Context
Up to 20% of planned surgeries are cancelled on the day or the evening before, often due to staffing shortages, poor scheduling, and unpredictable time in the OR.
For patients, a cancelled surgery means weeks of anxiety, rearranged lives, and another delay in care. For surgical teams, it’s equally frustrating: prepared staff, booked rooms, and lost operating time they can’t recover. For hospitals and ASCs, this translates into lost revenue, longer waiting lists, and reputational impact.
