Typical daily duties

+ Serve as a primary touchpoint for internal and external customers regarding shipments, carriers, and order status

+ Create, process, and track customer orders and shipping documentation within the SAP system

+ Run operational reports and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

+ Two years of logistics or related operations support experience

+ SAP experience with strong computer skills to prepare documents and reports
