Supply Chain Operations Specialist III

CEVA Logistics is a global leader in supply chain solutions operating in 170+ countries. In this role, you will provide exceptional operational support by coordinating efficient transportation and managing complex logistics processes. Compensation: Pay Range $24.12/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop critical relationships with internal and external customers while managing account profiles and service needs.
- Ensure document accuracy, oversee expedited handling of shipments, and track orders including domestic and international operations.
- Process operational data using software systems, identify potential service concerns, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze and summarize operational reports and present detailed information to coworkers and supervisors.
- Interface with airlines, shipping, truck, and related carriers to understand requirements and track shipment details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Create and process invoices, review for operational accuracy, and assist customers with billing inquiries and payments.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred with at least two years of specialized logistics or operations support experience.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and job-specific software, including database usage for reporting and verification purposes.
- Ability to track shipments, prepare operational reports, and communicate effectively with team members and external providers.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing logistics environment.
