Director of Supply Chain

This Position can be located in Wisconsin, Texas, or Michigan.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of cost reduction

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree
• Experience driving automation and digital transformation within supply chain operations

The successful candidate will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including customer service, inventory management, warehousing and shipping, demand and supply planning, and SIOP processes.

• Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, growth plans, and financial objectives.
• Lead customer service, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and shipping operations to deliver high service levels at optimal cost.
• Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, and SIOP processes to align sales, operations, and finance.
• Oversee supply chain systems, ERP optimization, and data analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Deliver cost-reduction, productivity, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain organization while partnering cross-functionally on strategy and execution.
