
Boeing Aerospace Operations is currently seeking a Supply Chain First Line Manager to support the F/A-18 and B-52 programs in San Antonio, TX. The role involves managing employees performing supply chain activities, developing and executing project plans, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders while overseeing technical approaches and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manages employees performing technical or specialist activities within Product Support
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
Skills
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams, customers, stakeholder, peers and partners
- Experience working with Boeing Supply Chain tools and processes
- This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience in Department of Defense Supply Chain processes and tools
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role
