The Boeing Company is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Supply Chain Sourcing Compliance and Audit team in any of the following locations: Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; Seattle, WA or Seal Beach, CA. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Levels to find the best fit for this position.

This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Sourcing Compliance and Audit. This team supports various types of Compliance Audits across the company from Customer Audits initiated by the Defense Contracting Management Agency, the Defense Contracting Audit Agency including Quality, Corrective Action, SOCAR, internal audits and other types of audits. The statement of work is dynamic and requires skills to generate, acquire or manage data and information to demonstrate compliance with regulations and Boeing policies and procedures, respond to requests for information from auditors, develop corrective action plans, speak up and represent Supply Chain in Corrective Action Plans and responses to auditors.

We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, eager to learn new skills and knowledge, apply company best practices, implement a fresh outlook on compliance, utilize data management analytical skills, problem solving, negotiation, communication and relationship building skills. The position has a varying statement of work and at times requires creativity in determining how to meet our Customer's needs or improve a process in Supply Chain. The position will require engagement with the DCMA, DCAA, Contracts, Estimating, Cost Policy, Program Management, Engineering and Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies and Corrective Action Requests and Corrective Action Plans, representing Supply Chain
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
  • Develops risk mitigation plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and problem resolution
  • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role (e.g. finance, compliance, contracts)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree and/or military experience
  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of auditing experience
  • 5+ years of experience with U.S. government contracts
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with any of the following:Sarbanes Oxley; Defense Acquisition regulations and flow downs to Suppliers; Supply Chain processes, including Indirect Supply Chain, Incurred cost and financial audits; Quality Audits (ISO/AS9100); Supply Chain risk topics (i.e. flow down of regulations, counterfeit parts)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (level 3): $76,500-$110,400

Summary pay range (level 4): $93,500-$135,700

Summary pay range (level 5): $119,000-$172,500
