Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, PA, El Segundo, Huntington Beach, CA, Kent, Tukwila, WA, Mesa, AZ, Oklahoma City, OK, Titusville, FL and Berkely, Saint Charles, MO

Position Responsibilities

  • Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Leads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques
  • Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers
  • Investigates complex ordering conditions
  • Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
  • Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations
  • Creates complex schedules
  • Develops materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals
  • Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for SCM
  • Recommends changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies
  • Leads teams and is responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the improvements they contribute
  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options..

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Production Control, Materials Management, or Supply Chain roles with direct oversight of 3PL/4PL logistics providers.
  • Proven expertise in performance management, regulatory compliance, and process control in supplier and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, contract compliance, and supplier billing validation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-site programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with process mapping, KPI development, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Boeing's Production Control and Materials Management systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated success in deploying technology solutions to improve supply chain reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting logistics and materials management (e.g., ITAR, FAR/DFARS).
  • Project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.

Typical Education/Experience

Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Travel

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

New Orleans, LA, Heath, OH, Huntsville, A, Titusville, FL, Saint Charles, Berkeley, MO $91,800-$113,400

Oklahoma City, OK - $85,000-$105,000
