Job Role

The Director of Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for executing the companys demand plan through close partnership with third-party contract manufacturers. This role owns product costing, purchasing decisions, and supplier performance, ensuring products are produced on time and aligned with margin goals. Success in this role is measured by disciplined purchasing, reliable supply, and the ability to negotiate and manage costs without compromising quality or timelines.

This role does NOT manage warehouses, transportation, or logistics teams.

Instead, this role focuses exclusively on contract manufacturing ownership including costing, purchasing, and supplier accountability.

What This Role Is

• Owns relationships with supplement contract manufacturers (CMOs)
• Understands how products are manufactured and costed (ingredients, MOQs, yields, changeovers)
• Owns SKU-level cost models and purchasing decisions
• Negotiates pricing, terms, and capacity to protect margins
• Holds external partners accountable
