Supply Chain Planner Sr

The Senior Supply Chain Planner will develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies, monitor performance indicators, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth
• Support business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, and new product launches
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
• ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, other)
• Ability to adjust to customer requirements with little notice
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Strong understanding of procurement, planning, and project management processes
• Ability to create presentation materials and give presentations to leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Capable of building relationships and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• APICS Certification preferred
