Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Nashua, NH. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of materials and services essential to our defense programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of supply chain principles, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain metrics and initiatives for management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at supply chain innovation and digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to supply chain activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or logistics.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of defense industry supply chain practices and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
