About the Role

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead supplier relationships, guide buying decisions, and manage a team of E-commerce Buyers.

We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds - whether in E-commerce, wholesale, sourcing, procurement, sales, finance, HR, or other business functions - who have a proven track record of leading teams and driving business results.

You will set priorities, negotiate with suppliers, coach your team, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the right products are sourced at the right cost and available at the right time. This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building results through execution and relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of E-commerce Buyers, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, leading negotiations on pricing, terms, and supply commitments
• Oversee buying, replenishment, and approval decisions to support sales needs while managing inventory risk
• Partner closely with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, availability, and delivery
• Continuously improve sourcing, approval, and replenishment workflows

What You’ll Need

• Experience managing or mentoring team members
• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, wholesale, sourcing, procurement, or buying, or a strong background in business functions such as sales, finance, or HR where you drove team performance.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Comfort working with ERP systems and basic reporting tools
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required

Job Type: Full-time onsite, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
