This role supports a global manufacturing organization with a complex, multi-site supply chain footprint. The consultant will play a key role in advancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management across manufacturing, distribution, and procurement operations, supporting both global process standardization and site-level execution.

This position is critical to enabling scalable, efficient supply chain operations across multiple regions and legal entities.

The role offers high visibility across global operations, ownership of key supply chain capabilities, and the opportunity to influence how D365 is leveraged across manufacturing and distribution environments.

How You Will Make an Impact

Provide functional leadership across end-to-end D365 Supply Chain processes, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Transportation Management, and demand planning Contribute to the development and governance of a global Supply Chain process template, supporting fit/gap analysis, design authority, and controlled localization across sites and legal entities Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align solutions with operational and strategic objectives Configure and support D365 FSCM Supply Chain modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Vendor Collaboration, Forecasting, and Master Planning Collaborate with technical and development teams on custom extensions, integrations, and workflow enhancements when needed Serve as a primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and delivery alignment Support project planning activities, milestone tracking, and status reporting to keep initiatives on schedule Lead and participate in workshops, user training, and change management efforts to drive adoption and effective use of the platform Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and regression testing, while managing defect triage Identify opportunities to improve system performance and business processes, recommending enhancements and optimizations Stay current on D365 FSCM capabilities and roadmap updates, advising the organization on continuous improvement opportunities

Do you have the expertise to lead in D365 Supply Chain Management?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 7–10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst supporting ERP platforms, with deep expertise in D365 FSCM Strong hands-on experience across D365 Supply Chain modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Vendor Collaboration, Forecasting, and Master Planning Solid understanding of D365 configurations, workflows, forms, reporting, and integrations with third-party systems Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical system solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex supply chain scenarios Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, influence cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM certification Experience supporting global or multi-entity ERP deployments Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure-based integrations Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
