Director Global Supply Chain

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple regions. This senior leadership role will define global strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives while overseeing regional supply chain organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Lead initiatives to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor global market trends, risks, and opportunities to proactively adjust strategies

Supply Chain Operations

• Oversee material planning, production planning, and inventory management across all regions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Drive capacity planning to meet customer demand while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global supply chain team
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Align organizational structure and resources with evolving business needs

Financial & Performance Management

• Own and manage the global supply chain budget
• Track and analyze KPIs to enable data-driven decisions
• Present supply chain performance insights to senior leadership

Technology & Innovation

• Leverage ERP systems, analytics, and dashboards to enhance visibility and control
• Champion digital transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15 years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5+ years in a global leadership role
• Proven success leading supply chain transformations in complex, multi-regional environments
• Strong expertise in inventory management and production planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with supply chain systems and data analytics tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and cross-cultural environment
