Job Summary

The Jr Master Scheduler will work closely with customer service, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain to allocate customer orders to meet expectations. To include allocation of new orders to the production facility based on capacity and material availability to meet customer request date and utilization of capacity.

Responsibilities

General

  • Sales order allocation to manufacturing facility to meet customer demand.
  • Publish weekly lead-times and capacity for Hyperscale customers.
  • Coordinate schedule adjustments in response to customer change and expedite requests. Strive to meet each request by exhausting all options.
  • Manage forecast capacity reservations/dedicated capacity to stay within their schedule window to meet a sales commitment to for Key Hyperscale customers.
  • Communicate with Sales & Program Management to establish priorities when there are inventory or capacity conflicts.
  • Work with Program Managers, Production, and Sales to align capacity needs with demand.
  • Work with SEA Coordinator and Production Scheduling to meet customer expectations.

Quality

  • Know and understand the quality policy, quality objectives, and TL 9000 Standard
  • Know and apply the work instructions, procedures, and documentation of your area.
  • Develop work instructions of the operations of the area, approval of orders in Oracle, creation of jobs in Oracle.
  • Support to fulfillment Quality policy and accomplishment of quality objectives related to the area.
  • Fulfillment to the procedures developed for the work area

EHS

  • Know, promote, and demand the fulfillment of the Environment, Health, and Safety policies, rules, procedures, and operative controls in order to maintain and improve our performance on these matters.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience or production scheduling & administrative experience
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel with experience navigating large data tables and performing analysis using pivot tables.
  • Intermediate user of MS Office including Outlook, Access, and Word Applications

Working Conditions

  • Normal office and manufacturing facility environment with occasional travel (<10%)
  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility across time zones

The base salary for this position ranges from $50-65k per year.
