Job Description

• Manages inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking. Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate and efficient inventory management processes.
• Performs audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control.
• Monitors financial variance related to inventory storeroom levels.
• Executes product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system.
• Maintains item attributes in the inventory management system.
• Supports distribution and daily supply operations to prevent disruptions in patient care.
• Adheres to stock rotation guidelines and best practices to minimize stock expiration.
• Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
• Provides training and support to staff on inventory management procedures.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
